I'm fully on board with saying that this deck is NOT optimal in the slightest but it's fun for big monster stuff so I couldn't really care.
You play a big stat-heavy monster (mostly the Goblin cards, which are easily searched out) tribute it for Great Maju, run into stuff. Deck runs a mini Soul Control package to help tributes run faster, but is more biased towards Brain Control so you can actually use Maju for plays. Big Bang works well with the deck as you can equip it to basically any big monster for punishing attacks. While it does banish our monster afterwards, this doesn't harm the deck much given Great Maju's effect; bringing it back from the grave would make it 0 ATK, which is a obvious waste.
Royal Command is fairly unused in some circles but it's great here as a universal method of dealing with flip plays when running over stuff rather than using purely Nobleman and praying for the best. Most of the deck otherwise is typical staple cards alongside stuff like Trunade and My Body to make plays more accessible. Even a single successful attack with some of the combo pieces can put a huge dent, so this is more or less worth it.
Side deck focuses on a wide assortment of plays including Monarchs, more flip counters, Oppression, Judgement, and even a copy of Deck Devastation that goes well with letting Maju do something beyond being big. It doesn't save this deck from being fairly exposed, but hey, that's what a deck like this has to suffer with in order to be workable.
